San Francisco District Judge James Donato dismissed the lawsuit of former US President Donald Trump challenging the twitter blocking order on Friday, but allowed Trump's lawyers to modify the lawsuit and try again. Previously, twitter permanently banned Trump's account because he incited congressional riots on January 6, 2021.
Trump is continuing to fight for his right to return to twitter, although he vowed in a recent media interview that he would not reuse twitter even if Elon Musk restored his account after taking over the platform. Musk has agreed to buy the platform for $44 billion and believes Twitter has censored freedom of speech.
As trump considers running for president again in 2024, he hopes to win the right to re-establish contact with tens of millions of twitter fans through litigation. On February 21 this year, Trump's own social application "true social" went online, but it didn't start well. Users complained that they always received wrong messages and were placed on the waiting list when registering, behind hundreds of thousands of people.
