Netflix released the official trailer of the biochemical crisis, showing the dystopian background of futurism. It is not clear how much history the play has about the umbrella company. The trailer mentions that the umbrella has been plagued by scandals. Although the umbrella company has always been an expert in the biochemical story, we won't know the truth until the play is broadcast on July 14.

From the trailer, it seems that the new zombie frenzy starts again, because the umbrella accidentally mixed a drug with T virus. It's not sure whether they did it "unintentionally", but considering the reputation of the umbrella in the biochemical series, it's hard to say.
The trailer does not show too many typical monsters of the biochemical series, only a licker. Of course, in the whole play, I believe we can see more traditional monsters in this series.
There are a lot of latest news about bio crisis IP. Just last week, during Sony Playstation state of play, it was officially announced that biochemical crisis 4: Remaking would be launched in March 2023. Biochemical crisis 8 will be published in psvr 2, just like the previous 7 login to psvr1.
