On the evening of May 25, FAW Toyota held a Granvia cloud meeting, officially released its new MPV model, and announced its Chinese name "grevia" . According to official information, grevia is positioned as the "mainstream MPV of Jingxin", which sounds very tall. In fact, the real identity of this MPV is the sister model of GAC Toyota Saina.
In terms of appearance, grevia basically adopts a design scheme similar to that of SANA, but the details are slightly different, the overall shape is more capable and sporty , in which the large-size blackened air inlet grille is more conspicuous, and there are some differences in the rear logo. The English logo of SANA is replaced by "Granvia".
In terms of size, it is the same as Saina. Grevia is located in medium and large MPV, with length, width and height of 5175 / 1995 / 1785 (1765) mm and wheelbase of 3060mm respectively.
The side shape of the car body adopts a straight design, which is conducive to improving the interior space. However, due to the construction of the raised lines of the car body, the overall atmosphere is a little "bloated".
The interior of the new car is also consistent with that of Saina. It is generally sedan oriented and pragmatic. the car is equipped with a three panel multifunctional steering wheel, a full LCD dashboard and a 12.3-inch suspended central control screen . Of course, for Japanese cars, don't expect too much from its scientific and technological atmosphere.
In other aspects, the new car will have 18 inch and 20 inch rims. The whole car is also equipped with 360 degree panoramic camera, double skylight, luggage rack, HUD head up display, rain sensor and other practical configurations.
The power of the new car is consistent with that of Saina. It is equipped with a 2.5L hybrid power system, which is composed of a 2.5L engine and a motor. The maximum power of the system is 183kw, which is matched with the E-CVT gearbox . Unfortunately, the 4WD version has not been seen for the time being.
