The latest Windows 11 21h2 patch (build 22000.675) with the knowledge base code kb5013943 released by Microsoft in May on Tuesday was released last night, however, it doesn't seem to solve many problems, but it has brought more problems to many people. The reason for the error caused by update may be related to deletion Net 3.5 framework**
After installing the patch on Tuesday, some users got the following error message when trying to launch applications such as discord, capture one pro, Garmin express, musicbee, MOTU USB sound card control panel and fanatec control panel.
Application error: the application cannot be started correctly (0x0000135). Click "OK" to close the application.
Some users reported reinstallation Net 3.5 component solves the problems they encounter. However, this solution may not be suitable for everyone, in which case rolling back updates may be the only other option.
Reports on the feedback hub are also emerging. A large number of users have reported different kinds of problems, including phone link failure, black screen, blue screen, etc., as shown in the figure below (click to enlarge).
