It is equipped with next generation bics5 3D TLC flash memory chip *, and supports PCIe 4.0 and nvme.
It also adopts the main control and firmware developed by Western Digital, and carries out vertical integration and optimization.
Two forms and styles are provided, one is 2.5-inch, u.3 interface, and the other is longer and thinner E1 shaped like a "big knife" 50. The maximum capacity of both is 15.36tb**
More details such as performance, service life and function have not been announced yet.
Western Digital sn650 has sent samples and will be mass produced and shipped in the second half of the year.
