The communications workers of America sued apple to the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). It believed that Apple's behavior violated federal labor law by interrogating employees, preventing employees from posting union leaflets and requiring employees to participate in mandatory anti union speeches.
A representative of the communications workers' Association said the violation occurred at Apple's World Trade Center store in New York.
An apple spokesman once again stressed that Apple attaches importance to the contribution of store employees, and the company is willing to provide generous salaries and benefits for full-time and part-time employees.
Recently, there has been a wave of trade unions among employees of some large enterprises in the United States, with employees participating in Amazon and Starbucks.
