Tesla has two super charging stations in Barstow, with 16 and 18 charging piles respectively, so Tesla does not have charging capacity in the region, but this will be a significant expansion of charging capacity.

If Barstow's new charging station really has 100 charging piles, it will be the largest super charging station in the world, equivalent to the scale of the super charging station expanded at Harris ranch in California.
Tesla often deploys its ancillary facilities in larger super charging stations, such as cafes and toilets. It is unclear whether the new large charging station will be equipped with amenities, but it is adjacent to the outlets in Barstow, a large open-air shopping center with many amenities.
