According to the latest adjustment of aibiying's business in China, the platform will focus on outbound tourism business from July 30, 2022, and suspend support for * listings, experience and related reservations in your region.
This is a particularly difficult decision. We fully understand the impact of this adjustment on you and apologize. We will try our best to help you make a smooth transition.
To avoid inconvenience to you and the tenants / experience participants caused by this adjustment, please pay attention to the following key matters and time nodes:
From 11:00 a.m. on May 24, 2022, the calendar after July 29, 2022 will be closed;
From 0:00 on July 25, 2022, tenants / experience participants will not be able to book your listings / experiences on this platform, that is, from 0:00 on July 25, 2022, you will not be able to receive orders on this platform; Reservation requests that you receive but do not accept before 0:00 on July 25, 2022 will also become invalid;
The platform will cancel your reservation that has come into effect before May 23, 2022 (inclusive), and the check-in listing date is after July 29, 2022 (inclusive), or the participation experience date is after July 30, 2022 (inclusive), provide refund and other services for tenants / experience participants, and still pay you the total order amount.
In order to better help you make a smooth transition during this period, the platform will exempt service fees for listings / experiences in Chinese Mainland: for listings / experiences that are successfully launched and remain online before May 23, 2022 (inclusive), the platform will exempt service fees for all effective orders whose check-in listings / participation dates are after May 24, 2022 (inclusive) and check-out / completion dates are before July 29, 2022 (inclusive), It will be returned to you on July 15 and August 15 respectively in the form of monthly settlement, and the tenants / experience participants of relevant orders can check in / participate in the experience normally.
Together with you, the platform will continue to provide high-quality and safe travel experience for Aibi tenants / experience participants. For all orders before July 29, 2022, the platform will continue to implement the aibiying community policy. Landlords / experience experts may face corresponding penalties for violations such as canceling orders without reason.
