Apple employees are dissatisfied with the return to office policy, and a survey says half of workers plan to leave the company because of this problem. After receiving the notice of returning to work in Apple park on April 11 in March, the company's employees began to spend part of their week in Apple's office. While Apple is keen to gradually return to full-time office work, there seems to be some resistance from people working for the company.

Blind, an anonymous social network, spoke to [Apple] in the week ending April 19( https://apple.pvxt.net/c/1251234/435400/7639?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.apple.com%2Fcn%2Fmusic%2F ) According to a survey conducted by employees, 56% of workers are actively looking for jobs elsewhere.

In the specific responses collected by blind, one employee said they didn't want to enter the office at all and joked that Apple could be included in their resume after only three weeks of working for the company. Another employee said they wanted to resign because they might be infected with covid-19, toxic corporate culture and lack of work life balance.

A third person posted that Apple's management was "as incoherent as ever". The interviewee expected that many people would resign soon after April 15, which was related to the trading day of employees' equity, but this did not seem to be confirmed.

The fourth respondent suggested that problems would arise when Apple's hybrid work plan was fully implemented by May 23. "Apple will see unprecedented layoffs in June. 60% of my team don't even live near the office. They won't come back," the employee wrote.

652 replies are only a very small part of Apple's workforce. In addition, disgruntled employees have traditionally preferred to participate in public voting requests that may be detrimental to their employers.

According to Rick Chen, director of public relations of blind, these employees are verified by their company's e-mail address. The vast majority of blind users are enterprise employees engaged in engineering or products.

In another Harris survey of 2121 people from different industries from April 8 to April 10, a third of mixed and teleworkers said they quit or changed jobs during the pandemic and tried to work from home. About 59% of people are satisfied with their current working state.

In the survey, about 15% of mixed and office workers planned to change jobs to a more virtual online position, and only 7% of mixed and remote workers said they wanted to return to the office.

Not all negative feelings about returning to office work are investigated anonymously. On May 2, apple together issued an 1800 word open letter opposing this policy and believing that jobs would agree with them if he were alive.
