Twitter announced today that it has renamed its twitter media site twitter create The social media giant said the site is a new center for creators to get resources, product information and tips, so they can make the most of twitter.
The company said that through this new brand, it wants to make it easier for creators to understand how they use Twitter's creator products and contact other creators. As part of the new changes, @ twittermedia is now renamed @ twittercreate.
It is understood that creators can access the resources on the website by industry, including sports, games, news, podcasts, writers and so on. Twitter said that by dividing resources into categories, creators will be able to easily find content suitable for them. The site also includes guidelines for creators based on their goals on twitter, such as making money, reaching out to audiences or further developing their brand.
"Twitter has gone far beyond twitter, which is why we have also expanded and strengthened the site's product area and introduced educational centers and guides to help you make the most of all available features and products," the website said
While reshaping the brand, Twitter has been looking for new ways to maximize creators' benefits from social media platforms. The company recently launched a new tool for creators called creator dashboard, which aims to help creators analyze how they make money on Twitter and how much they earn from monetized features such as super follows and ticketed spaces. Creators can also use the tool to search their payment history and view information about their upcoming payments.
Twitter said it plans to strengthen the dashboard in the future to ensure that it becomes a place for creators to find ways to further develop their communities and analyze how they make money through the platform.
Last October, the company launched "professional twitter" for businesses and creators. The new profile settings provide users with additional tools to distinguish their profiles, quickly promote content through advertising, and take advantage of Twitter's future e-commerce efforts. Also in October, twitter launched a new creator program for spaces, called the twitter spaces Spark Program. The program is a three-month accelerator designed to reward successful spaces on twitter through financial, technical and marketing support.
With the launch of these new functions and resources, twitter hopes to support creators on its platform and compete with monetization opportunities provided by other digital giants, including tiktok and instagram.
