Recently, Mitsubishi released a pure electric K-car called "EK x EV". It is reported that the new car will be launched in the Japanese market and will be listed overseas in the summer of 2022, the price is 1848000 yen (about 97000 yuan) . The car and Nissan Sakura are sister models of each other. The latter has also been released recently. Interested friends may wish to jump to read.
In terms of appearance, it uses a typical Mitsubishi design language. Some media call it "flattened outlander", which is also very appropriate.
Because it is essentially the same car as Nissan Sakura, there is no difference between them in body size, space and shape. As a reference, Nissan Sakura has a length, width and height of 3395 / 1475 / 1655mm , which is larger than Hongguang Mini EV in China.
Mitsubishi EK x EV adopts the popular split lamp group. The LED daytime running light above is connected with the chrome plated decorative line to form a through design, while the headlights are placed on both sides to show a more dynamic design.
The side is treated with color contrast, in which the color of the exterior rear-view mirror is consistent with that of the suspended roof, while the rising waist line of the door improves its dynamic visual effect. At the same time, the car also uses black wheel eyebrows and petal type two-color wheels, which has a stronger sense of fashion.
The shape of the rear is quite square. There is a large spoiler on the roof. The tail lights adopt a longitudinal layout, surrounded by two colors below, with a full sense of hierarchy.
The interior design is also consistent with that of Nissan Sakura, it is equipped with 7-inch full LCD dashboard, 9-inch central control screen, multiple storage spaces and cup holders , which has both a sense of science and technology and practicability.
As a K-car model, the interior space is a highlight. The rear seats can be put down and cooperate with the square box shape, so it has good loading capacity.
In terms of power, the new car is equipped with a motor with a maximum power of 47 kW (63 HP), a peak torque of 195 nm, a battery pack capacity of 20 kwh, a maximum range of 180 km under full power (under wltc working condition) , and supports fast and slow charging. It takes only 40 minutes to charge fast to 80% and 8 hours to charge slowly.
