In accordance with the personal information protection law, the network security law, the Telecommunications Regulations, the provisions on the protection of personal information of telecommunications and Internet users and other laws and regulations, our department organized third-party testing institutions to inspect the mobile Internet Applications (APPs) such as life services and daily tools concerned by the public, and put forward rectification requirements for 368 apps that were found to infringe on the rights and interests of users. Up to now, there are still 84 apps that have not been rectified as required (see the annex for details), which are hereby notified.

The rectification and implementation of the above apps shall be completed before June 8. If it fails to rectify within the time limit, our department will organize and carry out relevant disposal work in accordance with laws and regulations.
