Texas governor Greg Abbott said the 18-year-old gunman who killed 19 children and two teachers in a primary school in Uvalde talked about his plan on social media shortly before the incident Abbott said at a local press conference on Wednesday that gunman Salvador Ramos first said on Facebook that he planned to shoot his grandmother, and then said he had done so. Then Ramos said he was going to attack a primary school.
The grandmother called the police after being hit by the gunman, and the police chased the murderer to the school. He got off the bus and entered the campus after a car crash outside the school. After shooting children and school staff, he locked himself in a classroom and was finally killed by border patrol agents.
