Recently, Sony released a survey report in its game network service business overview, which showed that most people were satisfied with the PS plus service on the PS4. According to the report, 72% of the respondents were satisfied with the service . Specifically, 33% were "very satisfied" (10 points), 18% gave 9 points, and 21% gave 8 points .

Sony did not disclose how many people were surveyed, but according to the data, 36% of users subscribed to the service because of multiplayer online games, 30% because of monthly free games, 21% because of game discounts, and 13% because of cloud archiving.
Although not all ps plus free games can attract users, in fact, 30% of users choose free games, which bodes well for the new subscription services PS plus extra and PS plus premium. It is worth noting that Sony also revealed that 69% of users are still using the PS4, which means that these players will not be able to access the ps5 version of the game library.
