Swedish Game Company Embracer Group Announced Today That It Has Acquired Most Of SE's Businesses Outside Japan For Us $300 Million And Will Obtain Crystal Power, Eidos Montreal, Se Montreal And IP Such As Tomb Raider, Breaking Out Of Siege And Kane's Heritage.
After The Announcement Of The Acquisition, Microsoft The Initiative Studio Issued A Statement Confirming That They Will Continue To Cooperate With Crystal Power To Develop A Restarted Version Of Perfect Darkness.
"Our Team Has Made Great Progress In Building Perfect Darkness Together As A Cooperative Development Partner, And We Will Continue To Maintain This Cooperation With Them (crystal Power) In The Future."
In September Last Year, The Initiative Studio Announced That It Would Cooperate With Crystal Power To Develop Perfect Darkness. However, After Crystal Power Stepped In, The Initiative Studio Kept Leaving. Up To Now, Nearly Half Of The Core Developers Have Left. Recently, It Has Been Reported That Crystal Power Is The Main Developer Of The Restarted Version Of Perfect Darkness.
