An executive vice president of Microsoft said in an email to employees on Thursday that he would slow down the recruitment of teams in windows, office and chat and conference software departments. The spokesman said that these departments have recently expanded, and the company hopes to ensure that the right recruitment is carried out in the right departments. Slowing recruitment is not for the whole company. On the whole, Microsoft will continue to recruit new people.
