HP announced that its latest economy laptop, pavilion X360 14, will go on sale this summer, starting at $599 Pavilion X360 14 comes in three colors: space blue, light rose gold and natural silver. The new X360 14 can also support 5g through Intel's 5g solution 5000.
Although we don't know the exact price of 5g models, the entry price of the standard model of $599 makes it one of the most affordable ways to get 5g on laptops this year (many other 5g models cost far more than $1000).
Pavilion X360 14 will also be HP's first consumer laptop with camera cover switch. It can physically cover the lens in a simple way to protect users' privacy.
Like other manufacturers' products, the pavilion has been updated to Intel's latest 12th generation Intel Core U series processor. X360 14 will include a 5 megapixel camera with AI based noise reduction and presence detection technology. If enabled, this feature can let the laptop know whether you are in front of it, such as automatically locking your computer when you walk away.
The pavilion plus 14 released in the same period is also the thinnest Pavilion model in HP's history, with a thickness of only 0.65 inches. The pavilion plus 14 has more options. The basic configuration is Intel Core i7-12700h, and the graphics options include iris Xe, NVIDIA geforce mx550 and geforce RTX 2050. You can also choose 2880 for money × 1800 90hz OLED panel.
HP Pavilion plus 14 went on sale on May 25, starting at $799. It has four colors: space blue, warm gold, mineral silver, quiet powder and natural silver.
