According to the provisions of the competent radio and Television Department on the key supervision of domestic online dramas, online dramas, online movies and online cartoons that meet one or more of the following requirements shall obtain the online drama distribution license issued by the competent radio and television department according to law:
(1) For those with large amount of investment, the current standard is to invest more than 5million yuan in online dramas and online cartoons, and more than 1million yuan in online movies and online Mini dramas;

(3) Recommended to broadcast in the first screen, special section or special area column of the website (client) home page;
(4) Giving priority to members to watch or paying for watching services;
(5) An online drama production and distribution entity voluntarily applies for a major online drama.
