AMD's radeon RX 6000 refresh series will be launched next week. The first batch of graphics cards to be launched include RX 6950 XT, Rx 6750 XT and Rx 6650 XT. Now, foreign wccfetch has confirmed the complete and final specification parameters of these three graphics cards: RX 6950 XT is 335w, Rx 6750 XT is 250W and Rx 6650 XT is 180W.
It is reported that RX 6950 XT is upgraded on the basis of Rx 6900 XT; RX 6750 XT is based on RX 6700 XT; RX 6650 XT is based on RX 6600 XT. It can be regarded as AMD's "super" update, but the upgrade range is not very large. The lineup is expected to bring 5-10% performance improvement, and memory will play a huge role in achieving these performance goals.
Based on current prices, the retail price of Rx 6950 XT may be slightly higher than $1000, $500 for Rx 6750 XT and $400 for RX 6650 XT.
AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT
Amd radeon RX 6950 XT uses Navi 21 xtxh GPU, and its fully enabled chip configuration has 80 computing units and 5120 SPS. The card will also be equipped with 16GB gddr6 video memory and 256 bit bus interface.
There are also 80 ray accelerators on the graphics card for ray tracing function (one RA per computing unit). The graphics card will operate with a 2.1 GHz GPU clock and a 2310 MHz acceleration clock. This is 4% more than the RX 6900 XT public version, with clocks of 2015 and 2250 MHz, respectively. The graphics card will provide fp32 peak performance of up to 23.65 tflops.
In addition to the standard video memory, the radeon RX 6900 XT video card will also be equipped with 128MB infinity cache on the GPU chip. The cache will help improve bandwidth and achieve higher performance at resolutions above 1080p HD.
128 MB infinity cache triples the standard 512 GB / s bandwidth, providing an effective bandwidth of up to 1.728.2 TB / s. The graphics card will use 18gbps gddr6 memory chip to provide 576gb / s effective bandwidth. The card will use 335w TBP (35W higher than RX 6900 XT).
As for the design of the graphics card, it will adopt the same "Midnight Black" reference design as the 6800 XT limited edition, with a 2.5 slot cooler and a huge three fan The radiator is cooled and powered by two 8-pin connectors.
AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT
Amd radeon Rx 6750 XT is based on Navi 22 XT GPU and has 40 computing units, equivalent to 2560 stream processors. The graphics chip also has 40 ray accelerators for ray tracing function on rDNA 2-based GPU.
The clock frequency of the graphics card is 2495 MHz "game" and 2600 MHz "acceleration" clock, with a maximum increase of 3% compared with 2424 MHz "game" and 2581 "acceleration" clock of Rx 6700 XT. The card will provide fp32 peak performance of 13.31 tflops.
The graphics card will be equipped with 12gb gddr6 memory buffer and 192 bit bus interface. AMD will use an 18gbps die, which will bring the total bandwidth of the card to 432gb / s. The GPU is also equipped with 96MB infinity cache. The effective bandwidth using infinity cache is rated at 1326 GB / s, an increase of 3.06 times.
The GPU will fully comply with the generation 4.0 standard. As for TBP, the card will be designed with 250W (20W more than RX 6700 XT). This is entirely due to the use of a higher clock memory die, which will lead to increased power consumption.
The graphics card will get a new three fan "Midnight Black" reference design, which adopts a double slot design and provides power through 8 + 6-pin connector configuration.
Amd radeon RX 6650 XT - Navi 22 powered entry model
Finally, we have AMD radeon RX 6600 XT graphics card, which will be powered by Navi 23 XT GPU with 11.06 billion transistors in a 237mm2 chip. Navi 23 GPU has 32 computing units and 2048 stream processors in total. The card also has 32MB infinity cache and 8GB gddr6 memory capacity. It runs on the 128 bit wide bus interface at the pin speed of 17.5gbps. The total bandwidth is 280gb / s, and the effective memory bandwidth is up to 468.9gb/s, with an increase of 1.67 times.
The core clock of AMD radeon Rx 6750 XT will remain at 2410 MHz "game" and 2635 MHz "boost", an increase of 2% over 6700 XT, which has 2359 MHz "game" and 2589 MHz "boost" clocks. The graphics card will provide fp32 peak performance of 10.79 tflops.
Just like the radeon RX 6600 XT, the card will use a single 8-pin connector. The rated power of TBP is 180W, which is 20W higher than that of Rx 6600 XT. The graphics card will adopt a new double fan "Midnight Black" reference design, adopt a double slot design, and provide power through a single 8-pin connector configuration.
