Adobe announced today that it will launch a new set of creative cloud express features to make it easier for users to plan, schedule, preview and publish cross platform social media content The company launched the "content scheduler" in creative cloud express, which is based on the acquisition of contentcal in December, because Adobe has integrated contentcal into creative cloud express.
Users can now create and plan their social media themes and activities through tools that help finalize their content. They can then view and manage their social rhythms through a single drag and drop calendar. From there, users can arrange their content to ensure that it reaches their audience at the best time.
Before the content goes online, users can use preview mode to view the scheduled posts to see what their followers will see. Users can also save time by posting their posts on instagram, twitter and Facebook from one place. Adobe said that creative cloud Express has made an in-depth investment in helping people thrive in the creator economy, where it is easier for anyone to build an audience and make their content, products and services profitable than ever before.
The content scheduler is now available through the adobe express advanced program. Personal advanced plan users can post an unlimited number of posts through one calendar. Users can connect up to three social profiles per plan by linking their accounts to Facebook, instagram and twitter profiles. The new creative cloud express feature is available only on express web applications.
The company said it plans to launch support for more social platforms in the future, enhance performance insight and bring these functions to the mobile field. Adobe launched creative cloud express last December to replace Adobe spark. The platform adopts a template first approach and has built-in access to image libraries and other assets. Its purpose is to be easier to obtain than a separate creative cloud application. The application is available in free and $9.99/month paid versions, with additional functionality and a more complex template library.
